my framework also acknowledges the impact of living under systems of oppression & the ways we are disconnected from ourselves, one another & the land. by reconnecting to our body, we are re-connecting to the interconnected web of life where we can find nourishment, support & medicine as we create new worlds rooted in liberation & care
