embodied tarot gives voice to the messages of your own knowingness – tap in
during your embodied tarot session, I will be showing up with intuitive insight & embodied guidance as we allow the cards to propose questions like : “when was the first time you abandoned yourself?” and “are you interested in returning home?”
we will use the imagery of the cards (color, texture, shape, movement) to uncover more of your own story as we pay attention to the signs, signals & sensations of your body to guide the way. returning to the land of our body (physical, emotional, energetic, relational) is a journey of reconnection. and you may confront roadblocks & murky terrain along the way. embodied awareness can be an on-going practice that engages with these obstacles with curiosity as we unhook from the conditioning of self-punishment & shame
embodied tarot readings are held within a container of support for the ways we’ve disconnected from our bodies in order to survive under oppressive systems. as disconnection impacts both our individual & collective bodies, our time spent together will also include suggestions for practices that support re-connection to self, others & the land/Nature/Spirit

*Please attempt to offer at least 24 hours’ notice for canceled sessions as a courtesy to others who may be able to schedule at that time.**As your time slot is reserved specifically for you, sessions canceled the day of our confirmed appointment as well as any “no show/no calls” will be considered paid for sessions. Any subsequent re-scheduling will require a new payment.
