one-time consultations are created as an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore accessibility to your multiple aspects of self (emotional, physical, energetic, spiritual etc.) and begin to identify your individual & relational embodied patterns, coping strategies & experiences
embodied consultations are offered in recognition of the active influence & impact of overarching systems of oppression. as we navigate why/how/when we become disconnected from our sense of Self, we are also naming the ways we’ve been impacted in relational & communal spheres
during the consultation, I am bringing knowledge cultivated from the gathering of information over decades of learning & an innate curiosity rooted in my own experiential journey. this knowledge & curiosity creates the container we inhabit together & the framework I offer as a guide. the substance of our time & the depth/breadth/width of the work is explored through *your* body’s wisdom
please note : one-time consultations serve as an opportunity to locate yourSelf & identify current patterns in your inner & outer world. if you would like to explore those patterns & themes in a deeper way and begin to engage with & integrate new pathways & practices for multi-dimensional movement, check out the “on-going collaboration” option where we have the opportunity to enter into a relational space of co-creation

upon payment, you will receive a purchase receipt via email which includes a link to my online scheduler. please follow the link to book our appointment
**please keep in mind when purchasing that sessions are non-refundable. if availability conflicts arise with our scheduled meeting time/date, feel free to re-schedule your consultation via my online calendar with 24+ hours notice**
CANCELLATION POLICY : *Please attempt to offer at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelled consultations as a courtesy to others who may be able to schedule at that time.**As your time slot is reserved specifically for you, consultations cancelled the day of our confirmed appointment as well as any “no show/no calls” will be considered paid for sessions. Any subsequent re-scheduling will require a new payment
